Flat Pastry Brush

Made of untreated beechwood and the brush is made of natural bristles. Useful for a variety of kitchen purposes such as glazing, basting, spreading sauces and even for delicious candy making.  The natural boar bristles hold the liquid properly and smoothly spread it on the pastry, candy or cake surface. Smooth and tightly packed bristles.

NB: wood is a natural product and blackens when exposed to moisture. This is not considered a fault. To avoid this do not leave submerged in water for long periods. Best to hand wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Not dishwasher safe.
